After 9 years working for a big agency, I created a boutique firm, The Neustadt Group. As the President of my company for the past 20 years, I collected vivid memories of time with my clients, that go along with the wins and losses of professional basketball. Now it is time for a new chapter.

I have represented players for 25+ years, and 
co-founded one of the top agencies in Spain, Xpheres. Having experienced the highs and lows, the details and complexities that this sport has to offer, I am hungry for more success at ProTalent. Educated in both the U.S. and Europe, I am passionate about sharing my perspective as a global traveler and citizen with my clients and their families.

I played professional basketball in the ACB for more than 8 years. My experience as a player helped me realize there are different ways to support a player in multiple situations to his career and life. I enjoy discovering new players and being by their side as they journey into professional basketball.
